Pipe Insulation

It is that insulation that keeps the heat of the produced oil above the cloud point preventing the formation of hydrates, waxes, and asphaltenes, which would diminish the effective flow through the pipeline or stop the flow entirely by plugging the line.

Containments/Liners

Polyurethane is a flexible membrane liner primarily designed for the secondary containment of fuel. Polyurethane is extremely flexible, puncture resistant, and provides unusually good heat-sealing characteristics. Polyurethane is protected from ultraviolet degradation and the effect of underground fungi. Polyurethane is strong and hydrolytically stable for years of service in underground fuel and chemical.

Sandblasting/Coating

For protection against the elements and to enable long periods without general maintenance, industrial coatings and linings are applied to equipment and facilities. Internal tank/treater coatings prevent the outcome of a leak or failure on a tank from being able to contain the product due to corrosion.

Removable Insulation Blankets

Helping oil and gas processing systems maintain consistent temperatures and performance by insulating the parts against heat, cold, and potential chemical or moisture damage.

They are typically used to prevent heat from escaping hot components; however, they can also be used to prevent freezing or warming of cold components. The insulation materials used vary based on environmental external temperatures, internal operating temperatures, and more.
